Change what isn’t working.

Let’s work out what comes next.

Understand yourself. Get clear about what you need. Make decisions you trust and take action that moves your life forward.

When something needs to change

You may know what the problem is. Knowing what to do about it can be harder.

You keep going back and forth over the same decision.

You know a relationship or situation needs a boundary, but setting one feels complicated.

You want to change something, but you keep postponing it or falling back into the same pattern.

You are carrying so much responsibility for other people that there is very little room left for you.

Something in your work or business is no longer sustainable.

Or maybe there isn’t one clear problem. Sometimes you just need somewhere and someone you can talk to.

Whatever brings you here, we can begin with what is happening now and work toward what you want to be different.

It starts with you

Know yourself. Change what isn’t working. Build a life that fits you better.

When you understand what matters to you, what you need and what keeps getting in your way, your choices become clearer.

Together, we can work on the thing that is asking for your attention now: make the decision, have the conversation, set the boundary, follow through on the goal, change the pattern, step away from what is no longer right for you or move toward something you want.

And as you do, you build something that goes beyond one decision or one problem: trust in yourself and confidence in your ability to create change again and again.

The relationship you have with yourself shapes every part of your life. The way you know, trust and care for yourself affects what you bring to your relationships, your work, the people you care for and the wider world around you.

It starts with you.

Find support

Start with the part of your life that needs your attention.

Your life doesn’t fit into neat categories. A business problem can become personal. Caregiving can affect your relationships and sense of self. A decision about your future can involve family, work, money, identity and confidence.

Choose the area that feels closest to what is happening. You can bring the whole situation.

What can change

The problem that brings you here does not have to keep running your life.

Stop going around in circles.

Work through the decision and choose what you are prepared to do.

Change a pattern that keeps repeating.

Recognize what keeps happening and begin responding differently.

Say what needs to be said.

Have the conversation you have been postponing or avoiding.

Set the boundary.

Become clearer about what you can give, what you need and what is no longer okay for you.

Follow through on something you want.

Move beyond thinking about change and start taking realistic action toward it.

Make room for yourself again.

If other people's needs, work or responsibilities have taken over, begin putting your own life back into the picture.

Trust yourself more.

Make choices, learn from what happens and become less dependent on certainty or reassurance before you move.

One change can reach further.

What you discover about yourself in one part of your life can shape how you move through the rest.

You may come to me because of one decision, one relationship, one goal, one caregiving situation or one problem in your business.

But when you become clearer about who you are, what matters to you, what you need and how you want to respond, that understanding doesn’t stay in one part of your life.

You take it with you.

Into your relationships. Your work. Your boundaries. Your decisions. The way you care for other people. And the way you care for yourself.

That is why, for me, it starts with you.

Meet Sharleen

Someone who will listen and help you do something with what you discover.

I am a professionally trained life coach with a BA in Psychology, nearly three decades of business leadership and many years of experience supporting and advocating for families affected by mental illness.

I know that real life is complicated. There isn’t always one right answer, and understanding why something is difficult doesn’t automatically tell you what to do about it.

Our partnership gives you somewhere to be honest about the whole situation. I will listen closely, notice what may be getting lost in the story and ask questions that help you understand yourself and your choices more clearly.

Then we work with what you discover, so insight can become a decision, a boundary, a conversation, an action or a meaningful change in your life.

Meet Sharleen

Sharleen has an amazing gift for listening deeply and reflecting things back in a way that creates real aha moments, the kind that land, shift something inside and stay with you.
